The 2nd Symposium on Immunomodulation in Cancer and Regeneration<\/b> took place on the 23rd<\/sup> of June 2017, in Porto.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

During this one-day symposium top scientists working in immunomodulation, cancer and regeneration came together to discuss the future challenges in translating novel immunomodulatory strategies into more effective therapies.<\/span><\/p>

Lectures took place in a very informal environment, and participants were encouraged to bring questions in order to contribute to the advancement of knowledge through integrative approaches.<\/span><\/p>

The program included three lectures by invited speakers and short oral presentations selected from the submitted abstracts. A round table session on \u201cMacrophages in cancer and regeneration: friends or foes?\u201d closed the Symposium.<\/span><\/p>

Poster sessions also took place during coffee breaks and prizes were awarded to the Best oral and poster presentation.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
